Terms & Conditions
Venue Entry:
- Admission and ticketing are only for registered COSCON Members or Exhibitors.
- Photo IDs will be checked to ensure that all attendees are/above 18 years old.
- Membership registration and ticket purchase will be checked during entry.
- A same-day event pass will be issued to all attendees during event entry.
- Same-day re-entry is allowed, kindly show your pass upon re-entry.
- No outside convention/makeshift booths are permitted.
Booth Transactions:
- Only COSCON Coupons are allowed for use in booth transactions.
- No cash/contactless payments are available for exhibitor booths.
- Coupon stations/cashiers will be available for purchase on-site.
- Coupons are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Coupons are only valid for same-day event use.
Dress Code:
- Attendees are to be appropriately dressed following event rules and cosplay dress code.
- Only exhibitors are not allowed to publicly enter/exit the venue in cosplay attire.
- Appropriate dressing will be strictly enforced around the event venue.
- All attendees are to display/have-on-hand event passes at all times.

Safety and Security:
- No physical/verbal harassment, obstructive or abusive behaviour will be tolerated.
- No invasion of privacy (i.e. lack of personal consent/permission) will be tolerated.
- No physical contact with exhibitors/crew without consent is allowed.
- No attire with offensive imagery, messages or the potential to harm.
- No pornography is allowed for sale or in possession within the event.
- No weapons, dangerous goods/items, sharp objects or tools are allowed.
- No obstruction of exits, walkways and emergency equipment is allowed.
- No outside food and drinks are allowed, except bottled drinks.
- No pets or service animals are allowed.
- Photo/Video recording is allowed, provided that there is no invasion of privacy.
General Rules:
- Kindly make purchases in advance, as there are NO cash membership or ticketing sales available and NO on-site same-day ticket/membership sales available.
- Contact our crew for any medical emergencies or reporting of safety/rule breaches.
- Event participation requires compliance with all rules stated here or on-site.
- The event area is monitored by security cameras for the safety of all attendees.
- COSCON may require attendees to comply with queue management instructions, to prevent the spread of potentially infectious illnesses in a crowded, confined space.
- Failure to comply with any event rules or disclaimers will result in an individual's removal from the event without refund and re-entry.
- COSCON reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without compensation.

Cosplay Dress Code:
Kindly contact us if you're unsure if your attire fits the cosplay dress code.

NO full or partial nudity, showcase of genitalia, uncovered private parts or pubic hair are allowed. Cosplay masks must be removed for Photo ID checks during entry.
